I'm pretty sure everyone has heard the quote "That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger" or some variation of it. Well I can't remember where I read it but someone had changed it to "That which doesn't kill you now, eventually will." And I thought that was very funny -- in a dry, sick humor kind of way. (My favorite kind.) So I'm asking for your help in changing the quote up a bit. And you don't have to worry about being funny, just offer a different way to end the quote, "That which doesn't kill you...." The comment section is OPEN!
And for your productivity tip of the day, I'm focusing on how to keep track of information and to dos on the go for those of us that prefer paper to electronic methods. I use spiral bound index cards.
They're better than sticky notes because...
- - The spiral keeps them together until I'm ready to tear them out and put them in my "to do" file.
- - They're micro-perfed so they tear out neatly.
- - The spiral is a great place to tuck a pen.
..COULD make you an ICON!;D

Well, it will certainly stress you out....
But actually I'm writing about the notepad. I LOVE Circa notebooks from Levenger.com. They have little ones that fit in a purse or pocket, and the pages are cleverly punched so you can swap pages and rearrange them as needed.
Check it out!

That which doesn's kill youngberry is safe to apply in the spring and fall for a greener lawn. (Youngberry - 1. A trailing, prickly hybrid between a blackberry and a dewberry, cultivated in the western United States. 2. The edible, dark-red berry of this plant. [After B. M. Young, 20th-cent. American fruit grower.]

The first thing that flew into my brain when I read your "complete my quote" email was the chorus from Siouxsie's song "If It Doesn't Kill You" from her last album "Mantaray".
As all of us face our transitions, discomforts and trials, sometimes it is helpful to look back and realize that we'd never become the person we are today without the difficulties. Remember - gems are polished with abrasives!
"If it doesn't kill you
It will shape you
If it doesn't break you
It will make you"

That which doesn't kill you ... just hasn't been studied by the FDA yet.

That which doesn't kill you, if it involves unfiled business papers or notes, will at some point kill a sale you could have made because you could not find what you needed when you needed it!
